Refund policy

Because processing credits are consumed when accepted URLs are stored and dispatched, used credits are normally non-refundable. Unused paid credits may be reviewed for refund when a request is made promptly and the order can be verified. Duplicate lines removed before submission are not charged. Failed technical transactions that deduct credits without creating a batch must be corrected by the owner.
