What to include in a bulk indexing batch

Group URLs by a shared purpose so the final report tells you something useful. A launch batch, a refreshed-content batch and a backlink campaign should not be mixed together.

• A set of refreshed articles
• Backlink URLs from one vendor or campaign
• New location pages
• Migrated pages that have a clear old-to-new mapping

What the validator removes

The tool rejects entries that are not complete public HTTP or HTTPS URLs and removes exact duplicates before credits are charged.

It cannot know whether a page is thin, canonicalized elsewhere or blocked until deeper processing or human review. Those issues should be checked separately.

How to prepare a CSV or pasted list

Use one canonical URL per row. Strip tracking parameters unless the parameterized URL is intentionally canonical. Resolve redirects before submission and avoid mixing staging URLs with production URLs.

• Use absolute URLs including https://
• Keep one URL per line
• Remove fragments and unnecessary tracking tags
• Confirm redirects resolve to the intended final URL
• Keep a campaign name and source reference

Bulk processing without misleading status claims
